Rich, you seem confused. China exhibits more of your "progressive" thinking than the US. Probably because the US Constitution PROHIBITS your kind of "progressive" policy. Of course, recognizing the Constitution as the law of the land is "regressive" thinking. What did those old fogies in Philly know anyhow? They didn't even implement an income tax, let alone a progressive income tax. The shame. To think all those rich bastards keeping ALL their money, like the bottom 20% who don't pay any income taxes today, and complain about not getting a refund check. Horrible of horribles! Derek
