american spirit. No Sw has no effect on suitcase bombs, it takes a far smaller resource to get the stuff as well as attack with it. that is why Ben Laden is doing it right now.
Trouble is suitcase bmbs of large yield need short lived isotopes and the major powers will not allow them out, I think californium and tritium are the harder to get one.
Without them the device is bigger and yields less. Still 1000 tons will make a huge impact, esp if it happens in 10 cities at once.
