This is a bit alarmist, the military certainly isn't HIDING the fact that its developing these technologies:

The microwave weapon got a lot of press weeks ago. There is also a sonic wave weapon being investigated, knocks ya on your butt, so they hope.

Anyone that goes on about HAARP makes my loon alarm go off. They're usually the same people who insist the US has a top secret earthquake machine that is causing earthquakes worldwide.
