Nope.

Intel has one fab running 0.13 micron process and they are bringing up a second fab.

They can't convert 5 fabs at once.

Standard manufacturing procedures are to ramp up those parts that need the added speed the most - and the Pentium III (Tualatin) is the natural choice.

The 0.18 micron Pentium 4 already beats the crap out of any AMD CPU in speed - so Intel feels no pressure to intro a 0.13 micron Pentium 4 - they have MORE HEADroom left in the 0.18 micron product - as everybody knows except the AMDroids !
