NT re-tested that 13's. Note the word re-tested {past tense} it implies successfully.

There is no sweat at all BB, as prices has dicounted already, plus summer rally just dlclared in the DOW, watch Dow next breakout 10700, a huge momentum would be generated by this breakout, then 11,000 breakout.

Within 7 points that WONDERFUL DOW WILL BREAKOUT THAT MORE IMPORTANT LEVEL 10700, NEXT 11000.
