Good morning, Ralfph:

I have been in on one of these placement deals before and although not told outright I was pressured not to sell until the stock climbed to a certain level.

The volume and price action on PLY suggests to me that most of the free-trading 5M PP shares have been sold into the market above .20. With full warrants @.25 on those PP shares, whoever owns them has a free ride on any PLY gains at this point. Will they sell them for a .05-.25 gain (.30-.50 SP)? Or will they hold them for the home-run potential that PLY has?

If I owned the .25 warrants for free (I don't), I would hold them for the home-run...

Also, if it trades up to the .40-.60 range, I would expect another PP. The extensive geochem. sampling has probably drained the treasury, and they would need to load up to undertake a drill program. JV with a major might bring a little cash into the treasury, though.

Curious why we haven't seen new options given to directors, but I expect we will see this soon.
