Very funny post LKO! However, I do represent the remark "average Joe" . . . ;-) I agree hole heartedly that with all the big brains at these BD firms, they could come up with a risk classification policy that makes more sense than what currently exists. After studying this topic for less than two weeks, I feel better equipped to discuss it intelligently than 90% of the registered representatives I reach on the phone. Either this area of investing is too specialized to get their attention or the brokerage firms are sorely lacking in training their personnel. Joe
