if they do, they should be sued, Larry Ellison was on CNBC Thur. pretty much saying they would meet estimates because they didn't warn and they would be obligated to warn if they were going to miss their number. I waited all day Friday to hear a warning....none this am?

I don't see how they could send a clearer message to the market?

we are technically oversold short term here..i am looking for a 1-2 day bounce..to short...
IBM at the bottom of the trading range again<G>...

AMAT very close to a breakdown here..

DELL holding well..so far...

ORCL comes in ok i guess...
