hi esteban hope the sites prove productive. re, "After 3 days I think you can inform them that you haven't heard back" yes, as you probably know, the auto-response email that is received upon sending the question provides a link to use if after 3 days there is no response from the expert. i clicked on it this morning and a message informed me that my question had been resent. i also emailed the same question do a different expert just now. i never wanted to mail to more than one in the beginning (the site may recognize that action anyway and block it), but figure i'm entitled because this fellow has not responded. still no reply from linksys. i just read a tim higgins review of the router i bought and as a 'con' he has listed that tech support is difficult to reach. have a good day :) mark
