Never fails, we get so whipped around between 1:30 and 2:30, seeing some buying in CSCO now. Trying to hang with HGSI, we'll see, may have to cover in sec.

13:54 ET Siebel Systems (SEBL) 39.05 -1.02: Sources at Wit SoundView telling Briefing.com that the firm said in its afternoon call that SEBL is competing with Oracle (ORCL) for a $30-50 mln contract from AT&T Broadband, and that SEBL looks to be in the lead. Firm nevertheless wouldn't be a buyer of SEBL until the low 30s.
