there appears to be some sort of capitulation going on in LU as well as some other optical and carrier trash. On LU if you connect the weekly closing lows on the way down from summer 2000 to now, it looks like the falling support line could be in the 4's soon, don't know how significant that is but there are a lot of weekly closes that hit that line
