LU: I am not "up" enough on LU to be able to tell if chapter 11 is in the cards, but they way they have been selling and splitting off their divisions, it almost seems as if they are positioning to that end. I will have to take some time to go over their financials to see how bad things really are.

IMHO, LU will eventually need to file Chapter 11. Their management has shown time and time again they are completely incapable of doing anything right recently, so I believe their bondholders will eventually be their only shareholders.
