i find it depressing i think i hang out with too many kids in the under thirty and just over thirty bracket. Lots of degrees in the litter by few have means for own housing and it is sad. Where my daughter lives she feels prices are now dropping this economy is not what it is made out to be. There was a period when many kids balked at the establishment who needs money we need love. Lots of love filled very hungry kids thinking they are the only ones in the world who can't afford a house. There could be quite a few more who are saying we can't afford the one we bought as the windfall of profit has changed.
