I doubt that MSFT will warn so all we need is some faith that network equipment vendors will make it. I can't say how much and when telecoms will start buying but my only fear is multiple bankruptcy filings from many of the telecom upstarts. It these near bankrupt telcoms that are controlling CSCO JNPR TLABS near term earnings prospects and in the case of LU and NT their survival without declaring bankruptcy themselves. john
