I am starting to look at some of the telecom equipment stocks. They look like they are getting washed out.
Dumping by mutual funds in a big way...especially ahead of June quarter ending. You can expect that many issue semi-annual reports and want the telecom stocks out of the portfolio in a big way. Trying to time my buys for June quarter end. Have not bought yet.

Think there may be a huge trading opportunity being set up with the Nortel, Juniper, Lucent and all basically the rest of the sector, including communication chip stocks (amcc, vtss) and optical component stocks. Planning on a basket of these. The Nortel types are probably safer than the other ex-high fliers.

This sector is now so hated.....that one can only call the selling going on now simply.... "capitulation"!
