I tried a program called Traymanager from ZDnet to solve my ZA icon problem. It does the job when I'm not surfing but when I try connecting to another site the ZA icon goes crazy flashing on and off. I'll just live with the Q for awhile. Question...to uninstall Traymanager you have to remove the registry entries by entering "trayman -u" at a command prompt. Can anyone give the exact line I should enter to get it to work? The readme that comes with traymanager says that if you uninstall before removing the registry entries windows will not start.

Good Morning,
I think I got a beat on my ZA/network problem.
I probably just have to add each PC's subnet mask
to ZA's local zone. I'm not home now, will post
back the results later.

Edit:
Zonealarms LAN page is useless:

I read the VPN FAQS to figure out what will hopefully
solve my problem. Adding the subnets masks to the local
zone totally makes sense:
