I wouldn't cut all those states out of the Bush column just yet. If even 10% of the Democrats' fraud could be stopped by reasonable action by a few states, the close 2000 vote would have been a landslide for Bush: 100% voter turnout in Philadelphia is a physical impossibility, absent Democratic fraud. Marquette students voting several times each for Gore while Gore's hacks are trading cigarettes for vote on the streets turned the state to Gore. I sincerely doubt the New Mexico vote.

The mission of the states is to stop this totalitarian party (and future ones) from seizing power by destroying democracy. They only have to achieve about a tenth of that by 2004 to ensure the next Clinton/Gore clone can't stage a coup. They should, of course, try diligently to do far more.
