surfing reveals a good deal of people thinking telcoms had a capitulation today.
Aside from scalping a possible bounce,i would carefully study the balance sheets on all of these before going long.
I think Cramer had good advice in saying look to telcoms on the buying side of gear equipment etc(as prices for supply will be going down),and not the demand side, and also without dangerous debt loads.
Those companies that are on dangerous debt-load side have unlimited downside.

NDX100 now 32 points above fair value(futures reading plus 12)----all on wave of what i see as meaningless Ellison babble,i do believe, plus nearterm oversold factors.
But again market is showing up sensitivity to any "sunshine" talk regardless of the source.
But here is something to hang over LE's head,he flat out said his new E-Biz suite will go from 400 customers presently to 4,000 by the end of the year. This was his one concrete statement on CNBC interview as to why he believes you should buy ORCL now.
When asked about revenue depletion he just stutters and says well everybody is having problems,so when pinned as to why then should people buy stock now he came out with those e-biz suite projections.I am going to remember that, yes i am:) max
