Hi Rob, I wouldn't call many companies a LUcent. I think their gene pool is defective from the monopoly days of AT&T. I thought that what should've happened was Alcatel buy them and kick some Ar$$. I spent 16 years in GM. That old corporate mentality just isn't competitive - its political - I spent 15 years kissing my way to the top and by god so are you is too often the focus rather than being nimble in the marketplace. I don't know that but I perceive that. It smack of the same ole crap rather than frisky fast paced accomplishment. JMHO In all cases the distribution JDSU has gone thru andis being pummeled by WILL BE LONG TERM. JMHO Bob
