Yes. Like I said, I'm reframing the question--from a moral one to a political one. The realities are that there will continue to be those who think a fetus is a person and those who don't. I see absolutely no point in debating that further. A significant number of minds are not going to be changed. As long as that's the case, the moral question becomes irrelevant from a practical point of view. You will not stop abortions. The question becomes, then, what are you going to do. Given that there will be abortions, and lots of them, what is the best course to follow. Are you going to light a candle or curse the darkness?
