"How does one flip data in excel...?"

I use star office, but one usually needs to select the column that needs to be sorted.

>>How does one flip data in excel...?<<

Highlight the whole spread sheet or your data will get scrambled, DON'T highlight only one column, Make sure you have the whole spreadsheet highlighted!!!

Then go up to where it says "Data" then select "Sort".

From there you can select if there are headers such as Volume, open, high low close etc. If so then select which column you want to sort by. If you don't have headers and it is just raw data, then make sure the headers is off and then select the column you want to sort by.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck,

Lee
