arguments starting with "believe me" usually meet my skepticism because they infer a value judgement. My own philosphical background dictates me to seperate facts from belief..<g> Huh? Who's arguing? I was making an observation. Now if I had said..... trust me.... <vbg> that's an entirely different realm of English language innuendo and inference. WRT the California energy market, the truth and the facts will never be known.
