Take a look at the TICK for the Naz. Not bullish. This sure is a feeble rally. A faltering rally. A half-hearted, shilly-shallying, lukewarm irresolute rally. But hey, if CNBC and the institutional analysts are excited about it, I am too! What are we buying? ORCL -- over that upgap? Are we taking parachutes along? The TRIN just climbed over 1, too. What a noive -- during a rally! What we need are more upgrades, I think. Call Maria B. We're upgrading everything, based on lower revenues and an uncertain economic outlook! Breadth is negative with the Naz today, too. How can that be? Aren't people listening??? We've got a rally here. Divergence, ya know. Yet another warning sign.
