do it slow, every other day, One hour is a good amount of time. I ride 30 miles every other day when I train, I used to do more and I have the bad knees to show for it. There is only one problem with riding bikes and firming up your midsection. Riding a bike requires very little stomach muscles. I know when my stomach is getting too big, it's when my knees hit it while riding. LOL
