Leading force.

To be sure, one way of arriving at a moderate point of view is by experiencing the limitations of the extremes of the point in question. But that presupposes that the extremes are static points, which they are not....

The equity market looks very ominous to me over the next few months. I see no resurrection in growth or earnings. Further massive deterioration in earnings is coming.

Greenspan will, in fact, keep accelerating this U.S. credit expansion until he blows up the world's financial system. It should be resolved when the rest of the world stands holding so many U.S. Dollars that the saturation point has been reached.

There are absolute limits to accelerating credit creation. I just wish I knew where the Limit is.

The bottom line is that NO amount of money creation can alter malinvestments.

It's a very tragic situation. The lows are far from in pricewise and timewise.
