14:46 ET FuelCell Energy (FCEL) 50.10 -9.18 (-15.4%): Merrill Lynch feels that company fundamentals remain intact but the shares are on the defensive due to concerns related to the Enron-Connecticut project. Firm feels company will receive orders from this project but the hearings, which center around product reliability, degradation and project economics, will drag on with a draft decision not due until late July.
