14:58 ET Tellabs (TLAB) 21.20 -1.10 (-4.9%): Sources at Lehman telling us they expect the company to
pre-announce this week for FY01 at $1.10. The current First Call consensus is $1.47.

14:56 ET Intel (INTC) 46.26 -1.29: -- Update -- Stock getting hit by Joe Osha channel-stuffing comments
noted in the 14:40 ET In Play.

14:46 ET FuelCell Energy (FCEL) 50.10 -9.18 (-15.4%): Merrill Lynch feels that company fundamentals
remain intact but the shares are on the defensive due to concerns related to the Enron-Connecticut project. Firm
feels company will receive orders from this project but the hearings, which center around product reliability,
degradation and project economics, will drag on with a draft decision not due until late July.

14:40 ET Advanced Micro (AMD) 24.96 -1.44: -- Update -- Sources at Merrill Lynch telling us that Joe
Osha just commented on AMD; reaffirmed estimate of $0.22 which is below consensus; says flash memory is
weak, but below-consensus EPS due primarily to a sequential decline of 1 mln in microprocessor shipments,
as AMD is working hard not to stuff the channel. Says Intel (INTC 26.63 -0.92) is engaging in channel stuffing,
and a weak AMD qtr for microprocessor shipments would confirm that this is the case.

14:31 ET Advanced Micro (AMD) 24.96 -1.44: -- Update -- Hearing from sources at Banc of America
Securities that the firm just spoke on AMD: said that flash memory pricing remains an issue and that the qtr is still
at risk; says current EPS consensus is $0.28, but there's risk to $0.20. Issue said to be company-specific and
should not affect Intel (INTC 26.85 -0.70).
