The drop in FCEL had something to do with a large fuel cell project Enron was trying to get funding for (to the tune of 125M?) in Connecticut? It got the kabosh. Considered too risky (unproven technology) given the near "crisis" state of supply. I guess investors thought this mindset might take hold going forward and did not bode well.
