again, pardon my ignorance... Well, as I was asking out of ignorance, I don't think I'm in a position to do the pardoning. <g> I also would like to know where exactly option exercise money shows up in the statement. (Disclaimer: I haven't yet gone back to read a 10K specifically looking for option exericse info. I plan on doing so soon, though.) Thanks to all, this is an interesting topic, and I'm learning quite a bit. Tom CF
