Still, despite everything you say, what would stop Libya ... just as an example ... from placing an atom bomb purchased from Pakistan in the bottom of a cargo ship displaying a Liberian flag and detonating the bomb four miles from the Statue of Liberty?

Remember when Carter made the F-117 public knowledge? It had been flying for more than a decade before the public had a clue.

If anyone believes we would mothball the SR-71 without a capable replacement, they are living in a fantasy world.....
