The only "policing" you've ever done on this thread is to issue warnings to me to "Watch it!" However, when talk turns to male genitalia and impaling and goodness knows what else, you sit back and smirk. It's time to show a little leadership.

This constant repetition of the "Lord of the Rings" lie is Stalinist propaganda. We should demand a retraction or a dissertation. Then again I think it is too late to request flap climb down from his cross. His impending vacation has driven him to heights of giddiness with "Man of La Mancha" overtones. But from his own description, "15 minute breaks, every 20 minutes" one wonders how he can differentiate between work and vacation.
