"lower interest rates won't repair the damage he has done. "

A friend of mine opened an account with TD Waterhouse On-Line brokerage in March 2000. He deposited $100,000 CDN in the account. The following week Greenspan spoke, stocks crashed.

Since that time my friend lost all $100,000. He is now sitting with a $0 balance in his account. Even though Greenspan drops interest rates down to Zero percent, my friend will never see his capital again. Why? Because he's broke...that's why.

And there are thousands upon thousands of other investors like my friend who were squeezed out of their savings and will never see their money again.
