The omission of your set-up sentence was unintentional on my part. The "what" of your piece sounded like "vintage Cummings" to me, because for months you have opined similar in castigating Clinton-Gore.

If I quoted you out of context ... and I have no reason to disbelieve your version of the story ... then I apologize.

Oh I think he is decent enough. Just very misguided and confused. He's bought the whole demolib line and mindset. That, as we have seen so many times, leads to some fairly illogical and at times fairly ugly results. JLA
