good report; thanks, Steve.

For all of our grousing about management we must admit they have kept a very tight rein on expenses while still having top notch technical people. Whatever complaints we may have it's clear that Noam, et al are not raping the company with excessive salaries and perks - unlike a certain bankrupt utility here in CA where management people are raking in huge salaries and bonuses to boot.

Great summary, Thanks a bunch Steve. Very encouraging especially liked that part of being almost break even now and profitable by 4th quarter. For reference the S-1 showed over the 9 month period ending of 9/30/2000 excluding non cash charges for amortization of goodwill and deferred stock compensation OPXS lost $6.75M on revenues of $17.7M so that's a big turnaround in a year. I'd like to see the presentation slides. Wonder what the quarterly sales are?
