Dude,

Barton is the mobile and desktop chip manufactured on the .13 SOI process alongside Sledge and Claw.

AMD are first doing a .13 shrink of their current copper process, which should be a much simpler transition. These (Thoroughbreds(.13 Palos) and Appaloosas(.13 Morgans)) are slated to start production in Q4, with GA in Q1 2002.
