I can "top" you on a better analogy to today: as a college student I once attended a fraternity party, things were pretty fine (a little too fine actually) when I stepped outside for a breath of fresh air. Next thing I knew I was feeling a bit dizzy and lost my cookies repeatedly. I badly wanted to get back inside, so I used the trees in the tard in the back of the frat to support myself to the backdoor, but for some reason managed never to make it there, running from tree to tree as it were. When I woke up the next morning, i was startled to learn there was only one tree after all.
