If you look at debts for telecom, XO is right in line with the averages. For one thing, they're going to be cash positive in 2002. Others may need more time. The sentiment for this sector is very very bad right now which creates a buying opportunity for strong players/survivors. I picked up XOXO GX MCLD. I'm looking into WCG LVLT.
