OT:I think the final vote on Paul should be with your "IGNORE" button, and then don't reply to his posts. That would be a more effective "banning". Unless he flips out and does something stupid to be permanently banned, it will be more satisfying to me that he just stands on his soapbox with nobody around to listen to him.

I think his "underwater" comment to Dave Bisset Message 15961960 wasn't at all funny, only cruel and spiteful. Why joke about flooding in Houston that killed at least 17 people. This only shows the acts of a miserable human being. I'm returning him to Ignore not for his potty mouth this time, but for his lack of decency and compassion.

Sorry for the additional noise, but this is my last post on this topic.

Ali: a banning of someone permanently is a very serious step.. only to be taken as a last resort.

As it stands, if you want a suspension vote.. you have to follow the rules/procedures outlined by Mani.. and that involves a request for a vote via a private message to Mani, and you need at least 4 people writing MANI in PM for the vote to be held.

Whether Paul deserves to be banned or not is an interesting question.. but at least follow the rules and stop calling on Mani publicly to call for a vote. do it the outlined way .. it clutters the thread more then it already is and raises the temperature needlessl by continually clamouring for it in public.

Re: "Do you means this "secret" news item, posted June 15? "

Nope.

There appears to have been ADDITIONAL selling since that time.
