Today is an aberration, in that I'm on vacation. To answer your question, no, the contract does not cover Silicon Investorville. But the contract does stipulate that, as an executive committee member, I can discuss union business anytime with anyone during the workday. Soon I will be taking a long hiatus. Then you and Shootie can resume your discussions of guns and dogs and how many McDonald's restaurants are in Peoria.
