molloy. Business is often very much like war. And the European Commission is just another weapon to be used against your opponents. Unfortunately, this European Commission has never heard of the "sunshine laws" (thus decisions are made in a way closed to both the public and involved parties) and is subject to no judicial review (thus it is very subject to corruption, partiality, and influence peddling. It certainly is not welcome as part of our gouernment process, but, somehow, through WTO, we've gotten ourselves in a sutuation where such people and such processes partially decide US economic questions. These same meddlesome Socialists will probably agree to combine parts of Euro wireless activities as a anti-competitive $ saving measure.
