I talked with the CFO today he was open and candid, I suggest you do the same. The thrust of the conversation was very positive.

I think the stock will go back down to under $1.50 if they need to sell more shares to raise the money.

I don't know about the "if..." part, but you got the $1.50 part pretty close.
