Other Skeletons:
EXDS traffic was to be +50% to GX, to lose this traffic could pose a strain, unless loss of competitors funnels traffic to GX. My concern now would be the pumping of Qwest possibly in an attempt to persuade MNCs of Qwest survivorship.

The GX//TCM lawsuit over TCM alledgedly breaking a non-compete agreement in Argentina (?), TCM installed GX cable and then began its own cable using GX surveys and Spain Telefonica as a partner. (GX is suing TCM for $1B and I have heard nothing about this for many months.

What about NextWave licenses?? GX has some substantial stake involved in this should NextWave prevail....

I wonder, will Cable and Wireless end up with EXDS???
GX cable fleet originally came from C&W....
