After all the sword rattling by Tim about exposing Jenna's operation, subpoenas for her trading records, etc., etc..... this is it? A bruised ego and an upset stomach suit. Nobody ever wins these things. If it wasn't for my intense dislike of Jenna and her M.O. I would consider this case quite frivolous.

Is this a different lawsuit?

The first one you posted was filed in the L.A.
Superior Court, Santa Monica Branch.

The one you posted about here is in Federal court.

Either there are two lawsuits or someone removed
the state action to federal court.

Interesting.
