another bad warning today after hour from TLAB. semi btb on 21st after close. that could be catalyst to move mkt back up quickly if it is better than last month's 0.42. since it is a 3 month rolling average, may has to be better than feb in order to improve. or shipment much less than feb while booking remained unchange, can also skew the number, since it is booked / billed.
