Not that I stake much in analyst ratings of any kind, but, all the same, and just to be fair, ACTR doesn't quite appear to be Hubistics or whatever it's called on THE SOPRANOS. cbs.marketwatch.com Of course, it's quite possible for a good small company to get p&d'd - though it's obviously a lot easier when the market's in the middle of some major bull stampede. Some execs seem to have difficulty knowing how to react when their co.'s stock, often after languishing for months or years, suddenly starts shooting up. I also suspect that more than a few small PR departments out there have found themselves perplexed, where not annoyed, where not overwhelmed, by sudden influxes of calls from presumptuous inexperienced investors making all manner of demands.
