Hi Nancy, Right now I am just looking at AVCI for a trade. I just need the perception to be positive. The reality is another story. FWIW, I agree that there is probably more capacity than demand right now. The question is how long it take to absorb the excess capacity. The congestion certainly has not gotten better on my ISP as a result of the change in demand. TLAB management is usually pretty honest and they sell to mostly ILEC's in North America. I hope to get a better view once I hear the call.
