Along those lines, I've read Osha's recent ramblings a couple of times now, and I cannot find a single piece of data to support his contention that AMD is actually gaining market share. He just states that he believes that AMD is gaining share, and leaves it at that.

What if the customer cancels/returns product back to the disty? Would that be counted on Intel's books as revenue and then counted as a return liability?

Would that depend upon cancellation or return policies for the end-user to OEM to chip company?

I agree with you that Osha's comment is incorrect.
