Maybe I'm more willing to give them another shot than some shareholders may be, as I look at the situation in a somewhat more positive light. While it's obvious that Lev did a good job of resolving the technical issues involved in manufacturing the batteries (he is, after all, an engineer) he has stumbled in his efforts to commercialize the results. The lack of significant PO's during the past year attests to that. He does, however, deserve considerable credit for his success in getting the Telcordia rights and signing a few licensees, Samsung in particular. He certainly worked very hard.

Now along comes the new man, Godevais, and redefines the mission statement, announcing a broader scope in terms of the markets the company will pursue. I don't think this is a bad thing. Not at all. The last thing we need is a new figurehead with whom it's 'business as usual'. If the prior approach hasn't worked, it's imperative that the company take another tack, or the future will not be pretty. So in my view the stated objective of Godevais to analyze the market and identify the most promising direction for the company and what customers to deal with initially (all this in my own words, of course) is very promising. I can't wait to see the outline of his plan.

I agree with most of you that we'll probably remain in a trading range for some time to come, until the new plan begins to bear fruit. But I, for one, am encouraged by the recent developments (having Godevais on board) and I believe it was just what 'the doctor ordered'.
