Dear Gold: I dont know what the rest of you think, but in my opinion all these attacks on the Boy Scouts looks to me as though special interests are out to destroy anything morally straight in the USA. I find it disgusting and certainly will never support PBS again. I was a Scout years ago (many years ago, (gg)) and far as I am concerned it is an important organization and is being unfairly attacked by a lot of do gooders who probably never learned how to tie a square knot. The National Public Broadcasting Act of 1970 has been an obscenity for an entire generation now, and it's time Congress did away with it...

PBS, another good idea gone sour. They never promote a topical issue about hunting, the right to keep and bear arms, the right to earn a living, the need to manage and produce natural resources, the right to life. PBS always finds topical issues among abortion 'rights', homosexuals, aids patients, abused women (never abused men), gays in the military, --- to make a long story short, if PBS has a program on it, the topic will be some left wing liberal diatribe or off track group whine.

Only two PBS programs are worthy of my time. The News Hour, and the Nightly Business Report.

<<<<PBS' "mission is to present a wide range of points of view about topical issues.>>>>
