TRIN is very high (1.34) and only got as low as .93.

ORCL broke out of a declining flag or wedge and has entered a gap at 17.15 that goes all the way to 19.75. Held its 50 DMA at its low today.

Well ; I haven't seen any rally..the NDX had just a tad up yesterday but the QQQ
was at a discount and has had 8 stright down days..( that's dam near a record for
down days ).
I can't call the dollar worth a filp..but along with my mo mo
I do understand the dollar index most often drags our stock market
behind it.
